PayPal is a 3rd party payment gateway and apart from invoicing/checking for payments it has nothing to do with the ordering or member system of the shop. Any replies to PayPal invoices could go unnoticed for days.
Please instead, DO REPLY to your original order “thankyou email”.
This contains your order number, order details and your shipping info and will allow us to serve you better now and in the future, avoiding the “are they ignoring me” syndrome!
With all your order info intact we usually reply within 12-36 hours.
