more than 480 USD -> Points Earned x 2.0
more than 600 USD -> Points Earned x 2.5

Thankyou for your understanding.
Points System
You will be happy to know that we now have a points system where each purchase earns from 1% points and upwards depending on each item. So with each order you place with us we calculate and store your points for your next visit. In order to use the points system please sign up with us on your first purchase.
International customers will be pleased to know that we effectively double the power of your earned points by letting you keep them for your next visit and use them against shipping on the order you just earned them on!
What’s more, if you sign up with a referral, we’ll give that person $1.00 credit when you place your first order! That also means that if you refer a customer you will also get the same credit when they purchase with us.
For more details on international shipping discounts please check the shipping section.

Ordering & Payment
Local orders within Japan will require payment via ‘furikomi’ or PayPal.
International orders will require payment via PayPal.
We aren’t automated and for the moment we prefer it that way. It means that if we run out of stock or encounter any kind of problems then we let you know before we request payment. Once your order has been processed we will send a PayPal invoice to your email and hold your items pending payment.
This invoice will include any shipping fees (see above).
Please note that bank fees and e-commerce fees are the responsibility of the payee.
Non-stock Items and Drop Shipping
Drop Shipping
For non-stock items that are sourced in the US, we can usually arrange drop shipping. As this eliminates the expense if importing and stocking the items we can usually offer a discount or free local shipping depending on the item in question, the details of which will be listed on product pages.
Non-stock Items
For non-stock items that we have to order from our suppliers, there is small wait to allow for stocking. Please note that for non-stocked items we will only ask you for payment once we have reserved your item with our supplier. Once reserved we will send you an invoice and then order from our supplier upon confirmation of your payment.
Cancellations
For items that we stock we will usually not levy a cancellation fee unless it is after payment. In such a case we will usually credit points to your account or at our discretion may offer a refund of the balance after deducting enough funds to cover the return of your payment and any exchange rate losses we incur.
However in the case of non-stock or drop ship items we cannot usually accept a cancellation after payment. If there is a serious reason that you really need to cancel a non-stocked item we will either credit points to your account or request a fair restocking fee to cover our losses.
Returns and Refunds
In the rare case of a faulty or incorrect item being shipped, please report within 7 days of delivery.
In the case of incorrect or faulty items we will exchange for correct items and/or working items.
In the case of an item being discontinued we will do our best to exchange it for an item of equal or better quality. Please note that in the case of complex components we will do our best to provide support and ensure that all possibility of system/component incompatibility and/or user error is eliminated before starting an RMA and/or a refund procedure.
Warranty
All of our items are backed by a limited warranty against workmanship or manufacturing defects. We will replace an item or issue a refund in the case of a warranty return. However we cannot accept returns on misused or roughly handled/physically damaged items. We also cannot issue refunds on electronic items that have been damaged through misuse such as the application of incorrect or reversed voltages or transmitters that have been damaged through use without a correctly matched antenna being attached or indeed no antenna being attached at all.
If you need to ‘range check’ then shorten or remove the RX (receiver) antenna.
NEVER remove a transmitter’s antenna unless you have a suitable dummy load to attach in its place.
When connecting power to a system, use polarized connectors, but ALWAYS double check, then check again!
We all like a cuppa while we work, but always put liquids on a surface further away and LOWER than your worktop.
If you follow these simple guidelines then most headaches can be avoided.
Shipping Issues
Delays
When a package arrives in your country typically it will sit in the customs warehouse for at least one day, and depending on the efficiency of your postal service, it may sit there for more than just one or two days.
The best thing you can do is check the EMS tracking number to see where your package is.
The good news is that the Japanese postal service is very fast and efficient so you can usually start tracking your package within a day of it leaving our premises.
Customs Charges
When your package leaves customs a tariff will be calculated and levied upon delivery. This is something we have no control over. For small packages and cheaper orders there may not be any surcharge at all. Our experience is that its a bit of luck, both good and bad that determines if you get charged import duties or not. The actual rates you can usually look up online in your home country.
Damaged on Arrival
We do our best to make sure that items are sent out properly packaged to reach you in good order. In the rare case that your package is damaged in transit, we would require you to initiate an insurance claim against your local postal service and be sure to notify us immediately. Its best to take photos of any damaged packages and their contents. If the package is obviously seriously damaged then its better to voice your concern before opening the package, and if possible open the package in front of a shipping clerk at your local post office.
