The FPV-Japan Servo Squid came into existence because of wanting to take the load off the DOSD in terms of excessive wiring. With 4 servos connected there are of course going to be a total of 12 wires running from the servo pins.

While the world is having a party about another particular HD camera, the Drift HD170 with its built in LCD screen, ability to use normal batteries, ability to rotate its lense to zero degrees horizontal, remote control and not to mention superior aerodynamic profile, seemed to be the better choice for the serious FPV flyer.
